For women who are, above all, women - in relocation

You moved abroad.
And somewhere along the way,
you got left behind.

The house is settled. The kids are fine. Everyone found their place.
One person was left without a real sense of home: you.

Tal Kapon · A real partner for your journey, because I walked it myself.

Your sentence

Not a quiz that labels you - a sentence you build yourself. Watch it take shape as you go.

I moved here and on the way I left behind and today, and the last time I felt like me: and if one thing could change:

What brought you here?

Why me, of all people

I won't walk you down a road
I haven't walked myself.

From the outside, I had every sign of success. A business that worked, thousands of followers, people stopping me in the street to say thank you. And on the inside, I had built myself a modern prison in the shape of a successful business. Twelve hours a day, a mask of the one who knows everything, and a gap that kept growing between what people met on the outside and who I really am.

Then everything shook, and we decided to move to the US and start over. For a whole year I agreed to do nothing. Not to market, not to prove, not to be "someone". Just to hold the home, and let who I used to be quietly come apart. It is the hardest task I have ever taken on.

On the way I discovered the thing I had hidden deepest: my sensitivity. All my life I thought it was a weakness. My wife told me it's why she chose me. The women I accompanied in my practice felt it before I knew what to call it. That is what I bring to a meeting: not a method from above. The listening of someone who lost himself on the way, and found his way back.

And one more thing I learned there: we have no inner enemies, only hidden gains. Even the voice that makes you smaller is, at its root, protecting you - and it can be talked with.

I'm not a business consultant. I'm not a couples coach. I'm someone who helps women find meaning.

In short, where I come from

  • Thousands of hours of clinical work with women
  • Two degrees in business administration. Management, sales, operations, and a company I built from zero
  • The tools I carry: NLP and hands-on subconscious work, alongside the business toolkit
  • Relocation firsthand: an identity taken apart, and rebuilt

The opportunity

Relocation isn't just a move. It's an opportunity.

I know this from the inside: I went through my own transition to meaning. I let go of who I thought I was, and rebuilt. Today I live and work from meaning, not from proving.

When you step away from everything familiar, old conditioning loosens its grip - and something true gets room to breathe. That is exactly the moment you can choose again who to be.

And if the move is still ahead of you?

That may be the best time of all. To prepare, to get clear on what matters, and to land on the other side with meaning in hand.

Two minutes of mirror, even before the move

What it looks like

No tracks, no price list, no promises. A business is a platform for the soul's fulfillment, and meaning comes first. Once it's clear, everything else grows on its own.

01

An intro conversation

Listening only. I don't fix, don't pitch, don't throw solutions. I ask, I analyse and I listen, until I understand where you really are and what is blocking you below the surface. And if it turns out the truest thing right now is to do nothing, that is exactly what I'll tell you - as someone who walked this road himself. And if we see that you are ready, we'll shape the kind of process that fits you.

02

Personal accompaniment, when it's right

Less a closed program with an end date, more a journey. I bring all my tools with me - sales, operations, NLP and practical subconscious work - less through the door of business and more through the door of meaning, and of your relationship with yourself. Until we reach what you're longing for, whether that's turning a pastime into a profitable business, or distilling who I am now and what is right for me.

03

A community taking shape

Israeli women who find meaning, and find each other. The one who bakes meets the one who produces events, and the accountant meets the one who needs cash flow. The point is a personal connection that grows into real relationships, friendships and colleagues who back each other from anywhere in the world.

Each woman and her own journey. I don't hand you my recipe - I help you find yours.

The journey is the destination.
And you don't have to walk it alone.

One intro conversation. No cost, no commitment, no slide deck.
A conversation where someone finally listens.

A community of women in relocation is taking shape here - women finding meaning, and finding each other.
